Privacy Policy

1. Controller

Controller pursuant to GDPR Art. 4(7): Benedikt Schreiner, Industriestr. 65, 46414 Rhede, Germany. Email: support@schreiner-apps.de

2. Data Collected

This app does not collect any personal data that leaves your device. Settings and roll history are stored exclusively in local device storage and are accessible only to you.

3. Purchase Processing

The app is free to download. An optional one-time in-app purchase ('Premium') unlocks additional features and is processed exclusively via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Payment and account data are handled solely by the respective store operator; the developer has no access to this data. Their privacy policies apply: apple.com/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple/Google per their standard refund policies; the developer cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Motion Sensor

The optional "shake to roll" feature accesses the device motion sensor. Where consent is required it is requested beforehand (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Sensor data is processed locally and is never stored or transmitted.

5. Legal Basis

Local data storage: performance of contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). Motion sensor access: consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), revocable at any time.

6. Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or delete it via "Back to Defaults" in Settings.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). Since the app processes no personal data these rights are not practically applicable. Questions: support@schreiner-apps.de

8. Right to Complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Authority competent for the controller: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Düsseldorf. Overview of all EU authorities: edpb.europa.eu
