Premium not unlocked after purchase First, check the app’s settings under “Restore Purchases” to see if the premium feature can be unlocked again. If the issue persists, contact us by email with the purchase date and, if available, the receipt from the App Store or Google Play.

Incorrect or outdated travel information Entry requirements, traffic rules, and other travel data can change at short notice. If you spot an error, we’d appreciate a note by email.
